When you complete a purchase with The Real Estate Group Incorporated our experienced aftersales team will make sure that you are placed with a leading management company and introduced to an experienced account manager who will be liaising with you and your tenants.

It is essential that our management company can offer a wide range of services that can be tailored to any investor’s needs. A good management company will be able to provide the following list of services.

  • Tenant placement and management – placing the right tenant is an essential part of making your investment work for you. Our management companies have a rigorous screening process ensuring that the tenant is well qualified and with right references.
  • Rent collection – the management company will collect the rent from the tenants every month and remit the funds to an account of your choice anywhere in the world.
  • Online accounting services – you will be given an online portal in which you can manage your property from overseas seeing all incoming and outgoing monies.
  • Maintenance services – from time to time you may need general maintenance on your property. The management company will ensure that we get at least 2 quotes for any necessary works that need to be carried out.
  • Lease renewals – at the end of the tenants lease the management company will meet with the tenants and get new signed contracts and lease agreements.
  • Periodic property inspections – every few months the management company will carry out random inspections on the property to ensure that it’s being well maintained.
  • Property registration – assisting with the registration of your property with the local authorities.

Title & Legal

We work with the top ranking Title companies. Title companies are an integral part of closing properties in the United States. They are a neutral third party engaged to faithfully carry out the wishes of the Buyer and Seller and to ensure the transaction is closed properly and on time. Title companies are strictly regulated by the authorities to ensure that they are acting in the proper manner.

LLC Setup

LLC set up – Most real estate investors in the USA own their properties within a  imited Liability Company (LLC) which is a cheap and efficient way to protect your liability. Bank account set up – Michigan Tax Advice can also open a US bank account alongside the LLC in which you can receive and collect your rental income. Tax preparation – Michigan Tax Advice will help you file your annual income tax return and also apply for your ITIN number. Michigan Tax Advice offer their services at competitive and reasonable rates to ensure you receive the maximum service at the best possible price. Prices include the following:
  • $850 (Single Member LLC) EIN, Articles of Organization, Filing Fee, Operating Agreement, ITIN, Bank Account set up.
  • $1,250 (Multi-Member LLC) EIN, Articles of Organization, Filing Fee, Operating Agreement, ITIN, Bank Account set up.
  • $250 ITIN number for non LLC clients (deductible from your annual tax return charge)
  • $325 (Single Member LLC) yearly tax return.
  • $500 (Multi-Member LLC) yearly tax return (including all individual returns for members)
  • $125 (Single or Multi LLC) Resident Agent and filling fee to Michigan.
